lemme splain,
i had dragged my exhausted old butt thru a series of meetings then finally IM 2 and then there was the odd saturday ayem AMBAG {alliance of monterey bay are gummints} mtg in santa cruz plotting the monterey bay 25 years hence. this was interactive, we are ALL NIMBYS wanting high density housing and transits for others not ourselves.my reward was a scalding hot shower, some chocolate and a mindless movie.THE HANGOVER has been the best revued comedy the year it came out and it had HEATHER GRAHAM,but briefly very very briefly. SIGH.
IMHO it is NOT FUNNY just garish,contrived and dumb.
CSI is a better showcase for Vegas than this.
i know men, MEN ARE DUMB..BUT NOT THIS DUMB. the lame o humor was flaccid, predictable, sore and cruel. name the last two comedies you saw with routine shootings, beatings,drugging,babynapping,adultnapping,stealing police cars and tigers etc etc.a REAL HANGOVER is more interesting.
"WILLING SUSPENSION OF BELIEF"..not hardly...it looked phony even tho filmed on location HUGE SIGH.if my worn out old body hadn't danced to ST.VITUS spasm wise i would've quickly dragged it to bed. i finally collpased into a dreamless sleep while SOUL MATE dreamed about chaos in a radio station, while they were broadcasting...
