Michael Jackson worked since he was 5, never had moment of a normal life. He never had an actual childhood and lived a life under a public microscope. Now it is true that many of us have non-normal lives and lots of problems but when people talk about how weird Michael was, I have to think -what did you expect? Yes, he was weird... and he never had a chance of being otherwise.
