okay i ask, how did "sharking" evolve into this?

of website links..in this order
1.sharking- "skirt lift"
2.sharking -skirt lift,panties pulled down-hobbling the victim
3.sharking- no panties (rumors have these staged?)
4.sharking -"skirt steal" wherein the skirt is ripped away and stolen
5.sharking-"bikini strip" wherein solo girls in string tie
bikinis are stripped naked and suits dropped 10-20 feet away
6.sharking -staged events,apparently this looked too phony plus the girls
were paid,clothes are taken and not returned.
7.sharking-scenario above,no pay as its a public place
