i saw the Joyful Revolution and was reminded of the televised CIVIL RIGHTS
Movement of the 50s and 60s, i was going to say minus the dogs and bloodshed....

RIOT COPS..helmets very similar to the Legion's helmets, shields about the same size but made of lexan plastic not brass, riot truncheons about the same length as the Roman gladius (sword)..{see Marx quote in sidebar}, is it just me but does the Eagle on the Egyptian flag remind u of the Roman Eagle atop the SPQR standards (just saw Centurion on Netflix and the New SPARTACUS last week,sigh).

i hope all this ends well and Mubarak takes his stolen loot to Parts Unknown
and leaves Egypt to regain its lost luster and freedoms,time will tell?
