as promised it was Beach Weather here yesterday, the temps on my sunny front porch hit 78.
while i,bone tired and exhausted slept off and on for about 17 hours and missed all the Bikini Moms traipsing around on nearby beachs..sigh.
PEAK OIL BITES
according to everything i have read and seen domestic Oil Supplies peaked about the Carter admin then we hit the North Slope of Alaska and started exploiting the environmentally toxic tar sands of Canada.now, from the same technocrats who brouiht us the BP Oil Spill Disaster comes HYDRAULIC FRACTURING (aka Frakking) wherein steam under high pressures and a devils brew of untold properitary chemicals are pumped deep into the earth to release hitherto too expensive to exploit natural gas and shale oils.sounds like No Big right?
um, only one teensy tiny problemo, to reach this dirty extractive resource one first must punch thru a potable (drinkable) water aquifer which is then tainted as one draws this liquid gold out.how bad is this you may ask? in the docu GASLAND ,now playing in rotation on HBO and excerpts of which were shown on Democracy Now in 2010, a man lights his tap water on fire..and a woman in Colorado can watch her grass burn in the field...is this any concern to Big Oil,of course not. therer has been some testimony in Congress and a few feeble attempts at addressing the problem but as of yet lil or nothing has been done. HUGE MUDDY SIGH.
as i may have mentioned the Pentagon has been War Gaming for a decade that the next battles will be fought over resources,mostly water, see the Bantustan-ization process in Israel/Palestine where all those new Zionist Settlements are atop the local aquifers,check it out.

ever wonder how the Egypt fedgov killed cell phone and Internet access overnite? once again Al Jazeera on the spot, a company in nearby Sunnyvale (Silicon Valley) named NARUS (owned by the war profiteer BOEING) makes something called a DEEP PACKET INSPECTION gizmo thingy which sits atop trunk router junctions and can kill all traffic with a single switch,it can also stop or track all cell phone traffic and "geo locate" (via GPS chip?) each and every cell phone user...so far these units have been sold to Egypt,Saudi Arabia,India and Qatar.willing to bet China has back engineered this tech and that the NSA has been running it for awhile as it is NOT YET ILLEGAL TO DO SO HERE..long fedgov monitored sigh.
PROPS TO GOOGLE for helping Twitter and Facebook re-connect in Egypt.and those of u who wonder while i rant on and on about SYNCHRONICITY and the Terminator Scenario, if the peeps who devised Twit & FB ever imagine their goods would help foment revolutionary change in the Middle East?as usual our tech outpaces our imaginations and legislation..THE LAW OF UNEXPECTED CONSEQUENCES...sigh.
