the real number seems to be 18% outside the ghetto and barrios and rural hillsides.

crappy schools, crappy textbooks, underpaid teachers fighting
a class room of ADHD,ADD and hyper sexualzied obesity,
drop out rates of nearly half the shcool peeps even in "liberal Frisco....
so called Education Policys which change faster than flags flapping in windy Candlestick Park
it is to weep.
every 4 years we elect new WHORES OF BABYLON
only the make up changes, the party line is still the same.
here's an idea...
1. abandon ALL foreign bases and wars
2.re deploy ALL troops to the National Guards
3.re mission ALL troops to rebuilding our infasrtructure
roads,briges,tunnels, rails and Mag Lev high speed rail.
(like in China & Europe)
4.cut the Pentagon budget by NINE TENTHS
and install a KUCINICH IDEA "DEPT OF PEACE"
to replace the so called State Department.
how is that for ending on a Positive Note?
