in creating jobs..outside the USA.

think of the costs, including routines bribes, and how much better
we all would be if money was spent here to rebuild our crumbling society and infastructure.

IMHO Black "Progress" in Am,erica is tenuous at best
when "Justice" Scalia quips that wimmin have NO Constitutional Right To Vote
i see faint echoes of Reconstruction Era politics Post Civil War.
