i may or may not have mentioned that my Minor at CCSF was NATIVE AMERICAN STUDIES.in the history of this continent about 16,000 to 24,000 years ago civilizations were defined by the CLOVIS POINT; named after an arrowhead found in Clovis New Mexico (see Wiki for more details). more recently said CLOVIS points have also been found in Pennsylvania and some archeologists have mentioned their similarities to SELEUTIAN (sp?)CULTURE points of northern europe.

now common sense is overtaking Mainstream Science FINALLY! and rather than have our shaggy hungry forefathers traipsing over thousands of miles of frozen tundra and glaciers the common herd is realizing that they took their skin boats,kayaks & dugout canoes along the coastlines following food and good hunting all the way to south america thousands of years ago in so called PREHISTORY.9see the xlnt docu titled something like WHO REALLY FIRST DISCOVERED AMERICA? it should still be in rotation now).BTW that question got me sent to visit the prionciple in grade school, snarky came early upon me.

now the CLOVIS POINT alludes to the fact that far flung groups or tribes were here POSSIBLY long before the SIBERIAN LAND BRIDGE EMIGRES, some have speculated that a comet or other cosmic catastrophe (maybe the SUPER VOLCANO UNDER YELLOWSTONE?) accounts for the sudden disappearance of woolly mammoth, camels, modern horses et al (why exactly did bison survive & thrive???) others claim these beasts were hunted to extinction by the invader (ditto why not bison?)but this rich racist nutbag in pittsburgh that Olly Steeds talked to sez the Red man EXTERMINATED the White man (Clovis) and now the Black man is set to do it again. HUGE HUGE SIGH.

now there are rock petrogylphs of unknown origins all over the southwest which pre date the hopi,zuni and navajo and the ohio valley tribes 9the Mound Builders, see SERPENT MOUND) have tales of giant red haired cannibals (stranded vikings?) and the history channel is running the HOLY GRAIL IN AMERICA special again. there are many things and structures in this country alone that by all SCIENCE are unexplained. i have been meaning to write about the Clovis Point for awhile now, have no idea why. i find such things fascinating et tu?

bad news, good news
BTW the bad news is i fell yesterday going out to get our daily fishwrap,legs just crumpled under me like they have doing often recently.
the good news that the grab bar one of our contractors installed saved me and the carpal cuff i was wearing becuz of recent transfusions probably saved me from breaking my wrist with all my body weight plunging in mid air suddenly halted.ya never know...
