just a quickie today.
on the TV some top cop sez "He was targeted because of the uniform he wore?".
1. the uniform comes OFF
2. nobody is Drafted to be a cop, one must Enlist and pass a series of tests
3. all cops are armed, sometimes heavily
versus being black......
