i have heard it said that when the Ottoman Turks sacked Alexandria they came upon the vast and Classical Age world famous Library of Alexandria with its million plus scrolls et al, their leader surveyed this vast treasure trove of knowledge and declared 'BURN IT ALL. IT ITS IN THE KORAN IT'S REDUNDANT AND IF NOT ITS BLASPHEMY!" they allegedly then used this vast wealth to heat their Turkish Baths ( actually invented by the Romans) for several years..HUGE HUGE SIGH.
okay, as a thot exercise insert TEA PARTY, AMERICA and CONSTITUTION where as apropos...not a pretty picture is it?
last month i was called a NERD twice (by two diff guys) and a SHAMAN by The Mirage when i informed her and others that i had gone International..WOW.
since it is football season, am typing this as 49ers play, i was reading the SF Chrion Sporting Green and came across this definition of a VISIONARY in Scott Ostlers column
