we can VERIFY figures of 3-5% PERIOD. as documented by 60 Minutes among others, most of this fraud is NOT committed by clients or providers but by Get Rich Quick scam artists who kite checks, inflate billing for non extant services or goods and claim peeps who aren't even their clients..

IHSS is designed to keep disalbe4d and elderly peeps in their homes, like me. without it i would wind up in some shitty nursing home or DEAD.

THE AVERAGE LIFE SPAN OF MOST PEEPS COMMITTED TO SHITTY NURSING HOMES IS ABOUT 6 MONTHS. SOME OF MY FRIENDS HAVE THEIR OWN HORROR STORIES ABOUT BAD FOOD, CALLOUS SERVICE AND SLEEPING IN THEIR OWN PISS AND SHIT DUE TO NOT SO BENIGN NEGLECT...

I WANT TO LIVE..in pain and failing health sure but nonetheless, i want Life free and relatively independence.
