the niche sci f i read nithe 1950s n 60s have people pop culture films and TV and some degree of reality....TO INFINITY AND BEYOND! whereas pulp fiction like The Shadow,Doc Savage,The Avenger, E.E."Doc" Smith and his Lensmen saga ( now Green Lantern?) H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulu, August Derlth ,Eando Binder, Arthur Machen and also The Shaver Mystery are largely forgotten...find the current crop weak tea bu comparison and seldom venture into it.
