hola,
forgot why the blog yesterday was called that "just chillin'"
nite time temps here tied a 1972 rrecord of
21 or 27 degrees depending upon your source.
now most college towns have a conflict of
"town N gown" whereas her in S'Cruz
its "town n gown n surf"
where surfing is more a lifestyle than a sport
and 2 Hawaiian princes introduced it in the 1890s or so.

here people wear flip flops and shorts all year long
and standing in line behind a bikini clad beach bunny or
"bikini mommy" is not unusual altho
some switch to yoga pants now and then.
flip flops are no biggie
even at UCSC graduations.
so this udden cold snap,aside from killing some homeless
north and south of us was somewhat
of a Big Deal (BFD)
but now.....
temps in the low 70s are promised
for the weekend and all is well in Surf City.
and me, i find out that i shall see
 yet another new doc next week...sigh.
a long forgotten pre cancerous (one hopes)
