WORDL WAR Z reevue

hola,
this is turning out to be a great summer for good films,
if one ignores Adam Sandler and the usual tripe.

okay okay,
i know the author of the book the movie is loosely based on
 has disowned the film, i know this was regarded as
a vanity project for Brad Pitt when the budget
 ballooned over $200 million and a script doctor had to come in
(the creator of Babylon 5? one of the three writers who got credit)
and yes i know that after completion they came in
and re-shot the last 20 minutes of the film's climax...
IT WAS WORTH IT,TOTALLY.

a spectacle that is both intense and personal
sympathetic characters
personal and global tragedy
fast paced and relentless
and the fastest 2+hours i have spent
 in a theater to date, it is
like a good book you don't want to end.
BTW i hate zombie films in general
but if they make the proosed sequels...
i am SO there.

no gays
no nudity
traditional american heroics sorta
the UN and Israel as good guys
stunning CGI fx
if you are a fan in good moving making
IMHO good see this.
