FRAMES are BS like DEATH PANELS & KILLING GRANDMA... a way of creating a bogus argument from a bogus context. something the GOP is great at and the Dims still seem mystified by.
BUFFERS are distinct ways of handling or dismantling Frames, something O BOMBER is good at but mostly refuses to do. why? the Public Option was never fought for, ditto Medicare For All, instead we have let the greedhead GOP set up the ring, chooose the gloves and referee then set all the odds before the Dims have even gotten out of bed, exhausted from internecine squabbling.

YES,I REALIZE THAT I HAVE BECOME (ALWAYS BEEN?) ONE OF THOSE GRUMPY GEEZERS WHO COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERYTHING.
a few examples...
1. i had a bone density scan recently,since it came out Normal it was deemed MEDICALLY UNNECESSARY...see the CATCH 22 COMING? if i had brittle bones No Charge SIGH.
2. i have diabetes, i inject insulin daily for all the usual reasons. to do this is i need A.Insulin and B.syringes.apparently the rules on both have changed this year.
A.INSULIN now in monthly not trimonthly doses, so they can charge for each month separately.
B. on paper i ran out syringes a week ago today, that is when i ordered AN ONLINE REFILL.i use generic half inch point syringes, no special orders. my local drugstore gets them from some half vast warehouse OVER THE HILL (San Jose et al). one visit by SM and another visit by me got nothing but empty promises over the last seven days.i got a rational clerk and she got my order together in five minutes HUGE SIGH (lucky i trade syringes & meds with friends for just such malarkey).
3.i have low pressure NOW as opposed to many decades of having the opposite, i also have anemia Pretty Seriously.my PCP called mere hours after my blood test last week & mentioned going to the ER if i fell or felt faint again, first time in 7 years for that.hmmmmm...
i gave blood this ayem to narrow down the causes but they are pretty sure my 1 cm hyatal hernia has lead to or joined a bleeding ulcer and they are telling me to prep for surgery SOON. oddly enuff our eldest son Z had an appendectomy is Crescent City last week.he likes The Vicodin, like Dr.House. even tho the crap almost killed me. c'est la vie (or mort)?
4.do we NEED A SANE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM ASAP??? just ask THE PARTY OF NO (Hos).

most power plants have a SAFE operating life of 20 years but this can be extended.

2. OUR TAX DOLLARS SUPPORT ALL NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS.
a. THE INSURANCE COMPANIES REFUSE TO COVER NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS, so our government does.
b.O BOMBER WANTS TO FINANCE 80% of power plant construction costs with loan guarantees and take repayment from any alleged profits.(estimated costs about $6Billion per plant so the current $18.5 B would balloon to $54B-for more plants & more jobs?)
b1. rarely, if ever, has any of these plants turned a profit.
b2.why are we financing Private Companies anyway, what FREE MARKET?

b. why is nobody talking about WAVE POWERED POWER STATIONS??? they are testing them in Europe.no cloudy days, no windless days, the waves run 24/7 with predictable High & Low tides. not dependent on foreign exotic technology...JUST ASKIN.

sorry Brain Fart, for days i have trying to remember the name of the Bay Area version of MAPLETHORPE.STURGIS went to nude beaches and took pictures of nude children, with their parents permission & they got copies, which some people considered TOO EROTIC (bless their dirty lil minds) and whenever he had a gallery showing they sued him for Kiddie Porn...they always Lost but the cash strapped artist ultimately lost.i have seen some of the pictures and went to a gallery showing,PERVERTS, i have seen photos of bacon or chocolate that were more Erotic.IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE PICTURES OR NAKED PEOPLE...DON'T LOOK!
anyway, think i lost my point on Censorship or maybe i actually made one.
