NET NEUTRALITY ENDS?

first the FCC and da courts decided that TWO TIER PRICING ON INTERNET SPEEDS was just jake with them and now the FBI and other FedGov Alphabet Agencies are whining that encrypted Blackerrys,like O BOMBER uses,are just too damn hard if not impossible to wiretap..so the want to CHANGE INTERNET INFASTRUCTURES so that they may 'WIRETAP; ALL OF US...ANYTIME THEY WANT..HUGE SIGH.
to do this they must change the laws, NOT the Patriot Act which O BOMBER and his DOJ gave left pristine and intact, but the laws governing how much power they can exert over every ISP,search engines like Google & Bing, content providers (hullo FBI?) and maybe the maverick Mozilla with its free software upgrades.IMHO they want to control of the INTERNET BOUNDARIES OF THE USA.no more Al Jazerra maybe?

um, i seem to vaguely remember something called the First Amendment about freedom of speech and association and maybe something  else about the rights of the peeps to be safe and secure in their homes and not have them ransacked by badge toting goons searching for bad thots, suspicious affiliations,vaporware and chimeras...SIGH.
