to facilitate the whole Toxic Assets Credit Default Swap Ponzi scheme
it was called MERS, basically it was a digital mixer mash-up wastebasket,
replacing the tedious traditional local oriented land registry .
so good and bad and ninja mortgages
were mixt together then repackaged and sold to suckers/investors/other banks
with bogus Moody ratings of Grade A yada yada yada.
in a Crime Scene a CHAIN OF EVIDENCE must be maintained to go to trial
ditto foreclosure, Wells Fargo claimed its right to foreclose despite the fact MERS had scrambled any content of the original mortgage, WF dis not own the mortgage PER SE merely a claim to said mortgage,
basically a fancy IOU.this sets up a Legal Precedent to fight
EVERY Foreclosure that is MERS related, possibly ALL of them.:)
this will go up the ladder to the Supremes of course but still...
while this holds up it offers a ray of hope except that 2 BIG 2Fail will

incoming Guv Jerry LEAN & MEAN Brown wants to cut another 12%
from the budget of agencies relating to the elderly, blind and disabled

nothing dire to report just me and Body Hair again.
while looking at the Egypt docu i pointed out to Soul Mate how the wimmin were both top free and entirely shaved, the why? is sand lice, a problem even for nobles. always wondered why they wore such heavy stinky horsehair wigs in such climate, the sand lice were the issue,often even eyebrows were shaved off.
in Minoan society were wimmin were often in power
the wimmin were topless and fairly well treated, in Rome only the slaves were naked.
speaking of Rome, the Romans were clean shaven in contrast to the hairt smelly barbarians..is this where we get our concept of clean shaven Beauty? look at The Nude in museums,. now playing on Ovation channel,
