my feet swell if i sit too long, like over 20 minutes,
and my joints ache constantly
and,as tho that weren't enuff
now i am on a super powerful
fungicide which beats me like a rented mule
and i have only just begun the treatment.
plus almost every night i wake up at 2:22 and 4:22
for no reason i can discern
at the moment, this started
a few weeks or months back.

started a crip digest blog site
last week,
entered a screenwriting contest last month,
went to lotsa docs and mtgs
bitched a lot
moaned a lot more
spent many days like the last tow
doing absolutely Nothing.
has the world gotten any better for my absence...
